Is your meat halal or jdhtka?

Our all products are halal. Please check our halal certificate here

How much time do you take to deliver the order?

We commit 90 minutes time however we always try to deliver before committed time. Our delivery window is 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, so orders placed after 8:00 PM are delivered next morning.

Is there any GST on products?

All prices are inclusive GST.

Do I get charged for delivery?

Currently we are charging fixed Rs 30 on every order placed through our website, however you can download our Android app and avail free delivery.

Is there any minimum order value?

Yes, minimum order value is Rs 100.

My order got cancelled automatically without getting delivered.

The possibility is that your address is out of our delivery areas, so order might have got cancelled. Please contact customer care to understand the exact reason.

Is shopping at www.republicofchicekn.in secure?

Yes, we have received the Global SSL certification that ensures all the payments made to www.republicofchicekn.in are secure.

Is ROC available across the country?

We are currently delivering in 5 major cities including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali. We are soon starting Faridabad and Greater Noida.

How can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order from “My Orders” section.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

If you have not received your item and your item status is not “Dispatched” even after 90 minutes of ordering, please contact our customer care team.

How can I cancel my order?

In case you would like to rethink your purchase, you can cancel your order at any point until it is assigned to nearest delivery center and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment. It will be initiated within 24 hour of cancellation and credited to your payment source in a maximum of 5-7 business days. Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In case of any payment failures and charges incurred refund will be routed through the vendor’s payment gateway. Refund is back to source only and subject to third party vendor’s policy. Payment to other than customer account/third party payment is not permitted under Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

What is your refund policy?

We have no questions asked refund policy. If you find any issue related to quality or packaging of the product, you can complain us within 24 hours of purchase and we will either replace the product or refund your full payment.

When I will get my refund?

After order cancellation or returns, your refund gets processed by us within 24 hours. The refund gets routed through the vendor’s payment gateway, so it takes around 5-7 days to get credited to original source of payment. Payment to other than customer account/third party payment is not permitted under Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
