Marinated Masala Mackerel (Bangda) Fish

Everyone’s favorite Mackerel, just got tastier and easier. Cut, cleaned and spiced, all you have to do is toss it on a pan and relish this fresh tasting fish and the richness of its authentic Konkani Masala.

Ingredients:

Mackerel, Red Chilli Powder, Kokam, Salt, Black Salt & Turmeric Powder

How to Prepare:

• As it is pre-marinated with delicious konkani masalas, spread some semolina on masala mackerel both sides and gently press.
• Place frying pan and preheat oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook masala mackerel both side to 5 minutes until it cook well.
• Masala mackerel is ready with fingers licking taste.
